Pride Pillow Class
Class Description
Using strips (pre-cut in the kit) and simple piecing, create an 18” x 18” Progress Pride Flag pillow top. Beginner friendly or perfect for sewists with more experience! This class will construct the top of the pillow only.

Supply List

Sewing machine in good working order* (bring your foot control, power cord, manual and all your feet & accessories)

All purpose machine foot and zipper foot

Extra machine needles** (size 80 Universal or Microtex)

Neutral colour 50wt high quality polyester thread & 2 bobbins** filled with this thread

Basic sewing kit including: fabric scissors, small scissors or snips, seam ripper, long straight pins
Fabric Required
Pride pillow kit (front flag fabric, stabilizer & pillow) will be provided in class. To complete the pillow
- 1 fat quarter for back of pillow*
- 16" zipper, or closure of your choice
*please note that alternative closure methods may require more backing fabric
