Finishing School
Finally finish your outstanding projects! We've all got them... unfinished projects in bags and boxes awaiting completion. Whether it's a zipper that needs installing, a quilt that needs binding, or a shirt that needs button holes and buttons, you can tackle these final steps in Finishing School!
Join us in the Embellish classroom and defeat your unfinished projects! Your sense of accomplishment will make you wonder why you procrastinated ‘sew’ long!
Our instructor Sarah will be providing guidance and tips as needed to help you with any tricky steps. Sarah is knowledgeable in fashion/garment sewing, hand and machine quilting, and other universal sewing techniques.
Some of our tools will be available to share in the classroom: a serger for finishing seams, irons and heat press. Technique demos and sewing notions will be highlighted during the evening.
PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT A CLASS ON FITTING OR ALTERATIONS. This time in the classroom is dedicated to finishing a project that is already underway.
